90° Long Radius Elbow (LR, R=1.5D) is butt‑weld pipe fitting manufactured according to ASME B16.9.
Long‑radius elbow is the most common piping elbow, radius equals 1.5 times pipe nominal diameter, for smooth fluid turning. Large‑size ones can be fabricated welded elbows. Carbon steel raw surface or black paint finish.
Material grades: A234 WPB, SA403 WP304, WP316L.
Widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power‑plant pipeline systems.
