Detailed Information of Pipe Clamp:
1. Carbon Steel Pipe Clamp: Material Properties including density, flexural strength, impact toughness, compressive strength, elastic modulus, tensile strength, temperature resistance and color.
2. Installation Procedure
Mount the carbon steel pipe clamp on the welding plate. Before assembly, to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then perform welding, embed the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Afterwards, fit the upper half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and tighten them with screws. Do not directly weld the base plate with the pipe clamp already installed.
3. Application
Carbon steel pipe clamps are mainly used for ground fixing. (Note: Drilling and fixing are not allowed on geothermal floors or positions with pipelines under the ground.) Wires shall not be routed inside gypsum lines. Pipes laid before ground leveling also need to be fixed with pipe clamps.
