Description

The concrete distributing machine is applied in the twin-block sleeper circular production line to distribute concrete into 4×1 twin-block sleeper molds.

The concrete distributing machine adopts Siemens PLC controller and German SEW variable frequency drive technology, equipped with an emergency braking device and a cleaning device. The equipment features high safety and reliability, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance.

### Main Features
1. The hopper is fitted with a wear-resistant and non-stick lining plate, which reduces material adhesion and minimizes material arching.
2. The attached vibration motor adopts a special installation structure, enabling uniform vibration over the entire surface of the hopper for better arch breaking and blanking performance.
3. It adopts four-screw high-precision quantitative distribution with a distribution volume error of less than 2%. The traveling and distributing speeds can be steplessly and flexibly adjusted according to on-site technological requirements.
4. Alloy wear-resistant blocks are welded on the edges of the distributing screw blades, ensuring the normal operation of the screw shaft for 10 months. The screw shaft is designed for easy disassembly and assembly.
5. An accumulator is installed in the hydraulic system for opening and closing the distributing machine hopper door, enabling rapid opening and closing for precise distribution. It prevents residual material falling and avoids poor sealing of the pneumatic closure.
6. The distributing machine is equipped with an anti-collision safety device to ensure the personal safety of operators and equipment safety during the machine’s movement.
7. For cleaning purposes, the bottom screw conveying part is designed as three openable and closable sections. Hydraulic opening and closing allows easy discharge of residual sand and stone and enables emergency material discharge.
8. A cleaning hopper is arranged under the distributing machine to collect sewage, sand and stone generated from machine cleaning, maintaining a clean and hygienic workshop environment.
