Socket weld 90° elbow is forged high‑pressure directional fitting complying with ASME B16.11.
Both ends are socket weld sockets, pipes are inserted into sockets then fillet‑welded.
Material options include A105 carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Hot‑forged one‑piece structure delivers high mechanical strength for high‑pressure service.
Mainly used to change pipeline flow direction by 90 degrees, widely applied for petrochemical, natural gas and power‑generation process piping.
