Slip‑On Flange (RTJ face) is manufactured to ASME B16.5 specification.
Equipped with RTJ groove to accommodate metal ring joint gasket, achieving superior sealing performance under high‑pressure and high‑temperature conditions. Pipe slips through flange bore and fixed by double‑sided fillet welding.
Material options include A105 carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Strict NDT inspection is available upon request.
Commonly used for critical pipelines in petrochemical, natural gas and power‑generation projects where reliable metal‑to‑metal sealing is required.
