Weld neck flange (WN flange) is manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard.

With tapered neck transition structure, the neck end is butt‑welded to matching pipe. Optimized stress distribution, good rigidity, suitable for cyclic load, high‑pressure and high‑temperature working conditions.

Material options include A105 carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Heat treatment and non‑destructive testing can be provided as required.

Commonly adopted for critical process pipelines in petrochemical, natural gas and power‑generation industries.

Full sizes and pressure classes in stock, custom face types (RF, RTJ, FF) are supported.
