# Application and Fabrication of Pipe Caps
Pipe caps cover the design of convex pipe caps, conical shells, reducing sections, flat heads and narrowed ends.

Convex pipe caps include hemispherical pipe caps, elliptical pipe caps, dished pipe caps and spherical crown pipe caps. From the perspective of stress bearing, the stress performance of convex pipe caps gradually declines starting from the hemispherical type; while in terms of manufacturing difficulty, they become progressively easier to produce.

## Purpose of Pipe Caps
A pipe fitting welded to the pipe end or installed on the external thread of the pipe end to seal and block the pipeline. It is used to close pipelines and has the same function as pipe plugs.

## Characteristics of Pipe Caps
1. Sanitary and non-toxic: This product is a green building material and can be applied to pure drinking water pipeline systems.
2. Heat resistance: Under the specified long-term continuous working pressure, the temperature of water conveyed by the pipeline can reach up to 95℃.
3. Corrosion resistance and no scaling: It eliminates problems such as pipeline scaling and blockage, as well as yellow rust stains on wash basins and bathtubs.

**Packaging**: Fumigation-free wooden boxes and pallets; special packaging can be customized as per customer requirements.

**Product Applications**: Liquefied petroleum gas pipeline projects, natural gas pipeline projects, chemical plants, power plants, shipyards, pharmaceutical industry, dairy industry, beer and beverage industry, water conservancy projects and other fields.
