Weld Neck Flange (WN Flange) is manufactured to ASME B16.5 specification.
Adopts tapered conical neck structure, butt‑welded with matching pipe. The transitional neck reduces stress concentration, delivers excellent mechanical performance under high‑pressure, high‑temperature and cyclic load conditions.
Material options include A105 carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Surface finishes RF, RTJ, FF are available. Heat treatment and NDT inspection can be provided on request.
Commonly used for critical process pipelines in petrochemical, natural gas and power‑generation industries.
