Production Method: mandrel pushing, pressingProduct Description: Hot-bending elbows, also known as medium-frequency bending elbows, fall under the category of thermal expansion in their production process. The process is as follows: after cutting the straight pipe to size, an induction coil is fitted over the section to be bent using an elbow pushing machine, and the pipe end is clamped by a mechanical rotating arm. Medium-frequency current is passed through the induction coil to heat the steel pipe. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to a plastic state, mechanical thrust is applied at the rear end to push the pipe forward for bending. The newly bent section of the steel pipe is immediately cooled by a coolant. Through simultaneous heating, pushing, bending and cooling, the elbow is continuously formed.
Hot-bending elbows are mainly used in various industries such as arc-shaped steel structures for construction, tunnel supports, roof curved beams, metro engineering, aluminum doors and windows, ceilings, inner frameworks for column wrapping, balcony handrails, shower room doors, production line rails, and fitness equipment.
Surface Treatment: Paint coating for rust prevention; cold galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing are also available.
Packing: Wooden cases, wooden pallets or other packaging.
