Concrete Distributor
The concrete distributor is applied in the twin-block sleeper circular production line to distribute concrete into 4×1 twin-block sleeper moulds.
Equipped with Siemens PLC controller and German SEW variable frequency drive technology, the concrete distributor is fitted with an emergency braking device and a cleaning device. It features high safety and reliability, easy cleaning and convenient maintenance.
### Main Features
1. The hopper is equipped with wear-resistant and non-stick lining plates to reduce material adhesion and prevent material arching.
2. The attached vibration motor adopts a special mounting structure, which enables uniform vibration across the entire hopper surface for better arch breaking and blanking performance.
3. It adopts four-auger high-precision quantitative distribution with a distribution volume error of less than 2%. The travelling and distributing speeds can be steplessly and flexibly adjusted according to on-site production processes.
4. Alloy wear-resistant blocks are welded on the edges of the distributing auger blades, ensuring 10 months of normal operation for the auger shaft, which is designed for easy disassembly and assembly.
5. An accumulator is installed in the hydraulic system for opening and closing the distributor hopper door, enabling rapid opening and closing to achieve precise distribution, prevent residual material falling and avoid poor sealing of pneumatic closing.
6. The distributor is provided with an anti-collision safety device to protect the personal safety of operators and the safety of the equipment during movement.
7. For convenient cleaning, the bottom screw conveying part is designed as three openable and closable sections. Hydraulic opening and closing allows easy discharge of residual sand and gravel and emergency material discharging.
8. A cleaning hopper is arranged at the bottom of the distributor to collect sewage, sand and gravel generated from equipment cleaning, so as to maintain a clean and hygienic workshop environment.
