2. Installation Procedure

Assemble the carbon steel pipe clamp on the welding plate. Before assembly, to better determine the clamping direction, it is recommended to mark the fixing position in advance, then conduct welding, embed the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Afterwards, install the upper half of the pipe clamp body and the cover plate, and fasten them with screws. Never directly weld the bottom plate of the installed pipe clamp.

3. Application

Carbon steel pipe clamps are mainly used for ground fixing (note that drilling and fixing are not allowed on geothermal floors or ground areas with pipelines). Wires and pipelines shall not be routed inside plaster lines. Pipes laid before ground leveling also need to be fixed.
