Weld Neck Flange (WN Flange) is manufactured to ASME B16.5 specification.
It features a tapered conical neck, which butt‑welds directly to the pipeline. The tapered neck effectively reduces stress concentration, delivers excellent structural strength for thermal cycling and heavy‑duty operating conditions.
Material options include A105 carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Heat treatment and NDT tests can be supplied upon request.
Widely used on critical process pipelines in petrochemical, natural gas and power generation industries.
Various face types including RF, RTJ, FF are available, custom dimensions supported.
